For nearly 28 years now, Yvonne has gone above and beyond to improve the health and wellbeing of her clients, which range from children to the elderly. We were given the honor to sit down with Yvonne Graham, the founder of TFN Nutrition Center, LLC, which is based out of Austin, Texas and is nearing its 28th anniversary in August of this year. The company primarily offers vitamins, healthy snacks, smoothies, and clean protein shakes that are made with filtered water without any artificial flavors or dyes. TFN Nutrition Center doesn’t just focus on nutrition, but they are essentially a wellness powerhouse! One thing that caught our attention is their fresh fish; Yvonne works with fisherman from Alaska to provide fresh paddock fish and wild Alaskan seafood, which is frozen immediately to preserve freshness.
TFN Nutrition Center proudly offers free nutrition consultations. Yep, we said free! We spoke with Yvonne about this, and when we asked for more information about these consultations, she stated that folks are encouraged to request a consultation, and all you need to bring with you is your latest bloodwork and a list of any current medications for proper nutrition education. “I ask all clients to bring these items, because not every supplement works well with certain medicines and conditions,” Yvonne said.
When we asked what made Yvonne want to start this innovative brand, she replied by stating, “It makes my day to hear how happy my clients are. I love hearing of their improvements and it is rewarding to know that I am truly making a difference! It is important that athletes and people know how to care for themselves, potentiate recovery, and prevent injury.” Wow, talk about having passion for her clients! TFN Nutrition Center strives to improve the health of our community through education. Yvonne continued, “Health is a complex thing, but it is important to know not only what to buy, but why you need to buy it and how to use it.”
The owner of Honored Abilities, Aerias Hurd, stated that he can personally attest to Yvonne’s infectious smile, her wealth of knowledge, and the resources she has to offer; he felt welcomed without judgment and his health concerns were addressed as Yvonne gave him several product recommendations and provided additional resources as well to ensure he can be his healthiest self.
