So…without further ado, let us introduce you to Christian Rice, Co-Owner of C&R Luxury Locating in Austin, Texas!

We were given the honor to sit down with Christian Rice, co-owner of C&R Luxury Locating, a premier no-cost home locating service in Austin, Texas.
Christian Rice along with his business partner, Peter Coates, launched the brand just last year. Although their business is still fairly new, Christian and Peter have the combined experience and expertise to offer next-level, top-notch locating services that you’d come to expect from a company that’s been in the industry for decades. Their mission statement provides a clear and concise overview of what these two leaders are all about: “At C&R Luxury, we are dedicated to helping you discover the perfect apartment by providing personalized service and expert guidance at no cost to you. Our mission is to match your unique lifestyle and aspirations with the city’s finest luxury apartments.”
On a more personal level, Christian explained that although he grew up in New Orleans, he’s a native of Austin, and has a passion to help his fellow Austinites while also contributing to the growth development in the city. “I aim to be someone people can trust,” he said, “It’s important to have someone who knows the area, pricing and specials, and just overall works to save you the most precious thing you have to offer – your time.” Christian also has prior experience in the solar equipment industry, enabling him to further assist his clients in saving money on energy bills through his firm understanding of affordable alternative energy. In his free time, he enjoys helping the elderly and hanging up Christmas lights for homeowners during the holiday season.
In closing, Christian stated that his goal for 2025 is to continue expanding C&R Luxury Locating, while also increasing efforts to be more efficient and effective for their current and prospective clients.
